The Bryanston, Hyde Park Show Apartment

The brief for this two-bedroom apartment in The Bryanston, Hyde Park called for a considered, turnkey luxury interior that would showcase the exceptional quality and character of this landmark development, while appealing to both domestic and international purchasers seeking a refined central London pied-à-terre, as well as investors looking for a premium rental opportunity.

Maximising every square metre was central to the design. With a large open-plan entrance, living area and kitchen, we wanted to create distinct zones while maintaining a sense of flow throughout the space. We designed a bespoke room divider that creates subtle separation between the entrance and living area, while feeling seamlessly integrated into the wider scheme. Intelligent solutions were key throughout, including a bespoke TV media unit on concealed wheels that lets the space be easily reconfigured.
